8 roles open

Ad tech is mostly plumbing. Come build the good kind.

Every conversion on this network passes through code somebody here wrote and a decision somebody here defended. We are hiring across affiliate management, buying, data, fraud, engineering and compliance — remote-first, headquartered in New Delhi, and allergic to teams that cannot show their numbers.

Why here

A small team with an unusually large surface area.

Networks this size normally run on somebody else's tracking platform. We do not, which means the person who ships the deduplication logic is in the same standup as the person who has to explain a reversal to Aisha Kapadia at PUB-10446. That proximity is the entire pitch.

Your work has a number attached to it

Nobody here writes a quarterly deck about influence. A payout bump either lifts approved conversions or it does not; a scoring threshold either cuts fraud or it strands honest publishers. Everything ships against a metric we already publish — approval rate 87.4%, postback delivery 99.97%, blended EPC $0.94 — so the argument is about the data, not about who spoke last.

  • Weekly numbers review, whole company, no filtered dashboards.
  • Post-incident notes are written and circulated, not buried.
  • You will be told what your role is measured on in the first week.
DATA-DRIVEN · NOT AS A SLOGAN

Remote-first, genuinely

Written-first culture, decisions in documents, meetings capped and recorded. The New Delhi office exists for people who want a desk, not as a loyalty test.

We say no to money

Incent traffic on finance offers, adult placements, misleading creatives — all declined, repeatedly, including from advertisers who would have paid well.

Scope grows faster than headcount

Seven verticals, 41 geos and one shared codebase means the interesting problems arrive faster than we can hire for them. People here typically take on a second area inside their first year — a fraud analyst who ends up owning scoring thresholds, a media buyer who ends up defining the creative compliance rules. That is the deal: broad ownership early, with someone senior close enough to catch you.

How we operate

Four operating habits, written down so we can be held to them.

Culture decks age badly. These four are the ones that actually show up in how a week runs, and new joiners are invited to call them out when we drift.

01Write it before you say it. Proposals arrive as a one-page document with the numbers attached; the meeting is for the disagreement, not the summary.
02Publish the bad chart too. Reversal spikes, missed SLAs and failed integrations go in the same review as the wins.
03Own the partner, not the ticket. Whoever picks up an issue sees it through to the ledger entry, across team boundaries.
04Async by default, IST for the overlap. Four hours of shared time, 12:00–16:00 IST. The rest of your day is yours to structure.

Relative headcount

Roughly two in five people here touch the tracking stack directly. That ratio is deliberate — a network that outsources its measurement ends up arguing about someone else's numbers.

Open roles · 8

Every role, with the honest version of the job.

Apply through the contact form and pick the role in the message field. If none of these fit but you can point at something you built or fixed in this industry, write anyway — two of the eight roles below started as an unsolicited email.

Affiliate Manager — Finance vertical

AA-AM-FIN-01
Remote · India Full-time 3–6 yrs

Own a portfolio of lending, cards and insurance offers end to end: payout negotiation, publisher allocation, scrub-window disputes and weekly performance reviews with advertisers like Meridian Fintech and Kavach Insurance. You will read the reports rather than receive them, and you will be measured on approved conversions and reversal rate rather than raw click volume. Finance is the hardest vertical we run — the scrub windows are 14 days, the compliance bar is high, and a single misleading creative can cost the advertiser a regulator conversation.

Publisher Acquisition Manager

AA-PAM-02
Remote · India Full-time 2–5 yrs

Find, qualify and onboard publishers who can actually deliver across India, South East Asia and the Gulf. Half outbound, half diligence: you will review traffic sources, spot the applications that will fail our quality bar, and defend the 87.4% approval rate by rejecting well rather than rejecting often. Conferences, Telegram communities and cold outreach are all fair game.

Performance Media Buyer

AA-MB-03
Remote · India Full-time 3+ yrs

Run managed buying on native, push, in-app and paid social against a CPA target rather than a CTR target. You will build creative test matrices, cut losers fast, and reconcile spend against our own postback data daily instead of trusting a platform's self-reported conversions. Two or more DSPs or native platforms in your history, and genuine comfort with a spreadsheet, are the bar.

Data Engineer — click pipeline

AA-DE-04
Remote · India Full-time 4+ yrs Highest impact

Own the ingestion path that carries roughly 2.14M clicks a day from edge collector to warehouse without losing a row. Streaming ingestion, deduplication keys, late-arriving conversion joins, partition strategy and the aggregation jobs behind every publisher dashboard. The hard part is not throughput — it is that a conversion can arrive 30 days after its click, and the number in somebody's payout must still be right.

Fraud Analyst

AA-FA-05
Remote · India Full-time 2–5 yrs

Investigate traffic that does not look right: datacentre IP clusters, impossible click-to-conversion timings, fingerprint entropy collapse, sub-ID concentration. You tune thresholds, write the reason codes that appear on reversals, and review every hold personally before money moves. False positives cost us honest publishers, so precision beats volume every time.

Full-Stack Engineer — dashboard & API

AA-FSE-06
Remote · India Full-time 3+ yrs

Build the publisher and advertiser console: offer marketplace, sub-ID drill-down, postback log viewer and the REST v2 API partners integrate against. You will care about p95 latency on reporting queries, about error messages that tell an integrator what is actually wrong, and about the interface staying usable on a phone — most of our publishers work mobile-first.

Compliance Officer — data protection & ad standards

AA-CO-07
Hybrid · New Delhi Full-time 4+ yrs

Keep a cross-border ad network on the right side of the DPDP Act 2023, the IT Act 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act 2019 — plus GDPR and CCPA where our traffic touches Europe and California. Creative compliance review, the consent and retention register, data principal requests, and support to the Grievance Officer function. Two days a week from the Greater Kailash office.

Partner Success Manager — advertisers

AA-PSM-08
Remote · India Full-time 3–6 yrs

Look after advertisers after launch: monthly reconciliation files, quarterly business reviews, cap and payout adjustments, and the awkward conversation when a conversion definition needs rewriting. You are the person who spots a funnel change before the CR chart does, and who makes sure a paused offer gets communicated rather than discovered.

None of these, but you know this industry?

Send an open application. The useful version is two paragraphs: what you built, bought, blocked or negotiated, and the number it moved. Attach a dashboard screenshot with the confidential parts redacted if it helps — we would rather see evidence than a list of tools.

Hiring flow

Four stages, fourteen days, no unpaid project work.

You will know where you stand after every stage, including when the answer is no. We do not ask candidates to build anything we would ship, and we do not run five-round loops for a team of this size.

  1. Application review

A human reads it within 3 working days. Naming the role and one concrete result gets you further than a two-page cover letter.

  2. Craft conversation

45 minutes with whoever you would work beside. A real problem from our backlog, discussed out loud — no whiteboard algorithms.

  3. Working session

90 minutes, paid at our standard contractor rate if it runs long. Debug a postback trace, price an offer, or review a suspect traffic cohort.

  4. Offer and references

Compensation band shared before you ask. Written offer inside 14 days of your application, references taken after you say yes in principle.

Benefits

The list is short because everything on it is real.

No ping-pong table, no unlimited leave that nobody takes. These are the things people here actually use.

Health cover for the household

Family floater from day one covering partner, children and parents, plus an annual preventive check-up and outpatient mental-health sessions.

Leave you are expected to take

24 days of annual leave with a 15-day minimum your manager is accountable for, plus statutory holidays in your state.

Home-office budget

A one-time setup allowance for desk, chair and screen, refreshed every three years, plus a monthly connectivity stipend. The laptop is yours to choose.

Learning that ships

An annual budget for courses, certifications and one industry conference — on the condition that you write up what you learned and present it internally. Affiliate World, DMEXCO and the MMP partner summits are the usual suspects.

Performance share, paid quarterly

A portion of network margin distributed against team goals rather than individual heroics, with the calculation shown in full. Salary bands are documented internally and reviewed twice a year against market, not against whoever negotiated hardest.

Standard Indian statutory benefits apply in full: provident fund, gratuity, and maternity and paternity leave at or above the statutory entitlement. Contractors and international hires are engaged on written agreements with the same leave expectations.

Hiring questions

Four things candidates ask before applying.

Anything else, put it in the message field with your application — it goes to the same person who reads the CV.

For the affiliate manager, publisher acquisition and media buying roles, yes — this industry has too much vocabulary to learn on the job while a payout run is waiting. For data engineering, full-stack and compliance we hire from adjacent domains regularly; fintech, marketplaces and payments transfer well. What we cannot teach quickly is comfort with being measured weekly.
Genuinely remote for seven of the eight roles, with a four-hour overlap window of 12:00–16:00 IST and two company gatherings a year in New Delhi with travel covered. The compliance role is hybrid because signed documents, regulator correspondence and KYC material live in the office. If we ever change a role's location policy it will be with notice and a conversation, not an announcement.
No. The working session is 90 minutes, scheduled at a time you choose, and done together rather than alone at midnight. If it overruns or we ask for genuine follow-up work, we pay our standard contractor rate for the time. Nothing you produce in the process is used in production.
Every role sits in a documented band with levels inside it, and we share the band before the working session so nobody wastes a fortnight. Where you land in the band is set by the interview evidence, not by your previous salary — which we do not ask for. Bands are reviewed against market twice a year and the quarterly performance share is calculated on published team goals.
